Upon Mr. Rose's recommendation we had the septic tank inspected and found that it must be replaced. Without Mr. Rose's guidance, we would have moved in unaware and had to replace it ourselves shortly after moving in. He treated my husband and I as if he was purchasing this home for his own family.
